Not always. Some benefit from therapy alone, others from medication, or a combination. We’ll design a plan together.

What if I don’t connect with my provider?

A good provider fit is important. If needed, we can help you switch providers within our practice.

Do you collaborate with schools, primary care, or clergy (if I want)?

Yes, with your written consent. We’re happy to coordinate care at your request.

For teens, what’s private vs. shared with parents?

We respect teen privacy while involving families appropriately. Boundaries are explained at the first visit and follow state laws.
